Cook for the Cure: Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberry Smoothie This week’s cooking for the cure recipe is a lactose free strawberry smoothie. I’ve substituted the milk for almond milk and added some flaxseeds to give the smoothie some additional nutrients. I’m not a big fan of the taste of flaxseeds, but adding them to the smoothie gets rid of their bitter taste.
